Since 1912 he has also represented his district at the biennial conferences of the New Zealand branch. In his younger days Mr Morgan was a member of the St Albans School Committee and took a <keen interest in educational matters. He was also a member of the St Albans Borough Council for a long period, and all matters affecting the good of the district received his whole-hearted support.
