1937 RUGBY TOUR.
Invitation to South Africa Accepted. N.Z. TO NEGOTIATE TERMS. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received April 10, noon.) SYDNEY, April 10. At a meeting of the New South Wales Rugby Union a letter was read from South Africa accepting an invitation to tour New Zealand and Australia in 1937, subject to safisfactory arrangements. The council resolved that as the New Zealand Union was the initiator of the invitation it should continue the negotiations with South Africa, providing that the Australian Unions were consulted before anv matters of importance were decided.
