Nazis Must Prove Their Ancestry. COURT’S LATEST RULING. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received April 7, 10.15 a.m.) BERLIN, April 6. The Nazi Party’s Supreme Court has given a ruling restricting the membership of the party to “ German nationals of pure Aryan origin.” Party organisations are instructed that in doubtful cases the ancestry must be investigated back to the year ISOO. “ The infusion of new blood before then was almost impossible, as mixed marriages only began with the Jewish emancipation,” says the ruling, which goes further than the previous Aryan clause. This only disqualified persons with Jewish parents.—“ Times” cable.
