In regard to the net profit of £28.470 shown in the balance-sheet of the Northern Roller Milling Company, Limited, for the year ended February 28, it is pointed out that this amount was struck after making provision for all charges except income tax and is an increase of only £1954 on last year’s profit on the same basis of comparison. On that occasion no public balance-sheet was issued and the net profit of £17,916 published subsequently was the amount aftei' payment of income tax.
