Wilkins has given notice to move at the next meeting of the New Brighton Bcrough Council, to be held on Monday next, April 0, that the resolution carried by the council on August 17, 1931, providing for the permanent outside staff to stand down one week in eleven, be rescinded. The resolution affects eleven of the employees of the council.
