CRICKET AT GREENDALE.
The cricket team of the Para Rubber Co., Ltd., played the last match of the season at Greendale. After an enjoyable afternoon the match was won by the Greendale team. For Para Rubber Co. the best scores were: Patrick 26 not out. Miles 10. Drake 17. The most successful bowlers for Greendale were E. Frew. L. Early, F. Cullen and B. Shipley. For Greendale, batting-. F. Cullen scored 31 and R. Stephens IS. For Para Rubber Co. the best bowlers were Miles, Power, Armstrong and Goodyear.
