GROCERS’ PICNIC.

Programme of Sports \ Events. The annual grocers’ picnic, held at the Riccarton Racecourse yesterday in brilliant sunshine, proved an outstanding: success. Over eight hundred left the city and suburbs by tram and motorcars, and all spent an enjoyable day. Methodist Sunday School. The combined Riccarton Methodist Sunday Schools held their annual picnic on Saturday afternoon at the Addington show grounds. There was an attendance of 250.
