INCIDENT AT WOOL SALE.
Bidding at a wool sale is strenuous work especially in a crowded ball during warm weather. One overseas buyer at a recent wool sale was suffering severely from a sore throat as the result of a vigorous day’s bidding. Fear of a seriously-impaired voice for the following sales made him ask a Christchurch friend for advice. “ There’s one thing we New Zealanders do know,” his friend assured him, “ and that is how to fix sore throats. We will get you a bottle of Baxter’s Lung Preserver, just sip it slowly and see the difference it makes.” • “ Baxter’s ” is as good for a sore throat as it is for every kind of chest cold. Sufferers from bronchitis and asthma will also find considerable relief from this firmly-established remedy. The wholesome purity and wonderful palatability of “ Baxter’s ” makes it ideal for children. For very young children follow the directions on the label. Baxter’s ” is sold by every chemist and store in New Zealand at 4s 6d, 2s 6d and Is 6d. Be sure you get “ Baxter’s.” g
