“FORWARD MARCH.”
The frozen-faced Buster Keaton is at his best in “ Forward March,” the hilarious comedy which began a return season at the Grand Theatre today. The picture is one of the funniest seen in Christchurch since the war gave humorists their opportunity. There is none of the brutality of war, but there is all of its comedy in this droll tale of the fate of a millionaire private in an American regiment. All of the players are exceptionally good, but the numbskull private, Buster Keaton himself, is the best of an impressive company of comedians. Sallv 5,.£ rs ™ a kes a charming heroine and Cliff Edwards (Ukulele Ike) is also well to the fore.
