(Received February 16. 11.30 ami LQNDON, February 15. Sir James Parr inspected the Sultan Star's New Zealand shipment of chilled beef, which is displayed at Weddel's, Smithfield, where it has aroused great interest. The meat is of splendid appearance and quality and is highly commended by the trade as far superior to the Canadian and South African meat. It is the best ever received either from Australia or New Zealand. Even the experts are unable to distinguish it from an Argentine consignment. It met a good market and fetched within a farthing to threeeighths pence a pound of the Argentine meat.
