Peach Foam.
To -day’s Recipe
Peach jellies, 2 packets. 1 pint water. 1 pint of strained juice from stewed fruit. Whites of two eggs. Stir the stiffly beaten whites into the nearly set jelly. Beat until foamy. Serve with peaches and whipped cream.
