SUNDAY SCHOOL TEACHERS
The first bi-monthly meeting of the Presbyterian Sundaj- School Teachers’ Union this year was held at St Paul’s Church on Tuesday evening. The president, Mr J. J. Flewellen, was in the dhair. The president introduced
Deaconess Smith, who gave an interesting address on the history and the recent purchase for £IOO.OOO of the Codex sinaiticus by the British Nation. On the motion of the president, seconded by Mr Hitt, a vote of thanks was passed to the speaker. Supper was served by the teachers of St Andrew’s Sunday School. *
