February 15 An Anglo-Soviet temporary commercial agreement wil be signed at the Foreign Office to-morrow. The signatories for the British Government will be Sir John Simon and the Hon Walter Runciman, and for the Soviet Government M. Maisky, Ambassador in London, and M. Ozersky, head of the Russian Trade Delegation. The text will be issued on Monday.
