Championship Meeting at Wellington. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, February 16. The Mayor (Mr T. C. A. Hislop) extended a civic welcome to the athlete? who are visiting Wellington for the New Zealand championships. The weather is fine, with a light wind, and the track at the Basin Reserve is in excellent order.
