Dominion Suburban Body Suggested.

A proposal to form a New Zealand Suburban Cricket Association was received from the Wellington Mercantile Cricket League at the meeting of the Suburban Cricket Association’s Management Committee on Tuesday evening. The letter suggested that a conference of representatives of the suburban cricket associations from Auckland, Christchurch, Dunedin and Wellington be held at Wellington to discuss the proposal. The subject was held over till the delegates’ meeting. The annual picnic will be held at Stewart’s Gully on Sunday next. The match between the Corsair and Ouruhia third grade teams, which was to have been played on Saturday, was awarded to Corsair, as the Ouruhia team had not attended.
