Handicaps For Road Race at Sumner. The following handicaps have been declared for the ten-mile novice road race to be conducted by the Sumner Cycling Club this evening. The starting will be at Sumner:—A. Porter, W. Moses (scr); H. Gibson, L. Hunt, K. Shanks (30sec); H. Rhtnd, V. Ellis, L. Clark (45sec), A. Parkin F. Parkin (60sec), C. Klingemstein, L. Lloyd, H. H. Morris (SOsec); C. Hopping, H. Elstob, J. Clark, K. Rondel (105 sec), D. Wilson, C. Cox, W. Lexton, J. Vincent (120 sec), J. Morrell, C. Mortimer <l33sec), A. Wilson, P. Miaogue <lsosec). Lancaster Park Meeting. The following riders are asked to take part in a one-mile scratch race at Lancaster Park on Tuesday evening:— First heat—J. J. Holland, G. R. Giles, R. B. Blakeway, J. C. Murray, S. F. Jones, S. J. Aston. Second heat: M. Leitch, E. W. Stevens, J. Campbell, A. J. Lancaster. A. A. Brown, C. M’Alister. The first three, in each "heat are to start in the final.
