ANGLO-RUSSIAN TREATY.
Brm&li Offlclßl Wlreies*. RUGBY, February 1. During the debate in the House of Commons the Under-Secretary for overseas Trade, Mr D J. Colville, said that an Anglo-Russian trade treaty would soon be concluded. He predicted that members generally would be satisfied with it The Lena Coalfields dispute, the discussion of which would begin shortly, would be closely watched by the Government. It would not be allowed to prejudice the treaty negotiations.
