Fish Cheaper Through More Plentiful Supplies. LOWER PRICES FOR FRUIT.

The retail price of eggs has advanced by another penny a dozen on last week’s figure, and first-grade are now quoted at Is 4d a dozen. Duck eggs are also Is 4d. Though there are no supplies of brill or blue cod available, fish is very plentiful. Prices are accordingly lower. Many varieties of fruit and vegetables are lower in price, due to ample supplies.
