Chocolate Sandwiches
To-day's Recipe
2 tablespoons cocoa. J cup whipped cream. 3 tablespoons castor sugar. 1 tablespoon vanilla essence. Mix cocoa and sugar in a basin. Stir vanilla into cream, then fold in the cocoa and sugar. Spread Between thin slices of buttered milk bread or sponge cake, or use as a filling for sponge fingers or •sponge drops.
