Successful Meeting at Halswell. GOOD CYCLING EVENTS. The Halswell Amateur Athletic and Cycling Club held its annual Boxing Day meeting on the Halswell Domain yesterday. The weather was perfect, and some excellent sport was seen. Excellent handicapping characterised the cycling events and some good finishes resulted.
