Celebrated at Church of Sacred Heart. SMITH—FORSYTH. The Rev E. Chambers officiated at the marriage of .Annie Kirkwood Forsyth and Christopher Robert Smith on Friday last. The ceremony was performed at the horn; of the bride’s mother, Mrs D. M’L. Forsyth, Bishop Street. Miss Nance Daniels played the Wedding March. A smart tailored suit of parma violet diagonal tweed with a beige racello 1 straw hat was worn by the bride, who carried a bouquet of mauve shaded carnations and scabios. She was given away by her mother, who wore a black and white frock with a black hat. Mrs William M’Gill, sister of the bride, was matron of honour, her frock of grey and scarlet crinkle crepe being matched by a scarlet hat. Sweet peas and carnations of vivid red formed her bouquet. The bridegroom’s mother, who assisted Mrs Forsyth to receive the guests, wore a black and white ensemble. For travelling, the bride had chosen a frock of scarlet and grey crinkle crepe, with a hat to match and a black diagonal tweed coat. HOLLEY—WILDERMOTH. The marriage took place at the Church of the Sacred Heart yesterday morning of Irene, third daughter of Mr and Mrs M. J. Wildermoth, Adding - ton, and Francis, second son of Mrs Holley and the late Mr F. J. Holi*. y. The Rev Father O’Connor officiated and Nuptial Mass was celebrated. Mrs M’Cormick was organist. The bride was given away by her brother, Mr N. J. Wildermoth. She wore a charming frock of pale fawn crinkle crepe with moulded lines breaking into soft flares from knee-length. Distinctive sleeves finished by tiny buttons gave a pretty touch to the simple bodice, and in effective contrast, her hat and the posy of carnations and sweet peas which she carried were all of vivid carnation red. She was attended by her sister. Miss Beryl Wildermoth, whose becoming organdie frock was flowered in delicate carnation pink on a white ground. Its skirt was fitted to a low line opening into billowing flares about the feet, and the pretty bodice showed short puff sleeves and a plaited belt. Her small hat was of white straw smartly trimmed with close-looped bunches of white ribbon, and sweet peas and carnations in the pink shade composed her bouquet. Mr Martin Darby was best .man. Intimate friends were afterward entertained by Mr and Mrs Wildermoth at a small reception at their home. Mrs Wildermoth’s frock was of black crepe de chine, relieved in black and white trimming and worn with a black hat. The bridegroom’s mother, Mrs Holley, wore a black crepe silk gown with deep cream lace set as a yoke and as relief on the smart sleeves, her hat being also of black. Miss Wildermoth, sister of the bride, was in wine red phantom crepe and a hat to match. For travelling, Mrs Holley wore a tailored suit of fawn tweed flecked in nigger brown and orange, and a hat of the same material.
