RUSSIA’S AIR PLANS.
LONDON, December 13. The “ Manchester Guardian’s ” Moscow correspondent says that the Union of Communist Youth and the Organisation for Promoting Aviation and Chemical Warfare announce that they will celebrate the anniversary of the Red Army in February by recruiting 2,000.000 members, and are training 150,000 practised riflemen and 200,000 qualified athletes. They will open aviation clubs in industrial centres and will spread propaganda by means of trained dogs, carrier pigeons, trains, motors, sleighs and skirunners.
