Fine Imposed and Two Kegs Confiscated. Per Press Association. INVERCARGILL. December 9. For conveying illicit whisky on which duty had not been paid, Arthur Heywood Bishop, a married man, fifty years of age, was fined £SO by Air E. Levvey, S.M., and the liquor, two fivegallon kegs, was confiscated. It was stated in court that the whisky was above the average strength and contained much fusel oil.
