“THEIR NIGHT OUT.”
“Their Night Out”, starring Claude Hulbert (brother of the famous Jack) and Renee Houston, began a return season at the Grand Theatre to-day. It is a breezy, laugh-filled talking picture, and keeps the beholder in spasms of hilarity. The dialogue is exceedingly clever, and the numerous intriguing situations keep the audience keyed up the whole time. ” Their Night Out ” tells the story of a young man who, in order to take a woman buyer to her first night club, breaks off a theatre engagement with his wife, mother-in-law and father-in-law. Supporting Hulbert and Renee Houston, who is the girl from Aberdeen, are Jimmy Godderi, Amy Veness, and many other well-known English comedy* stars. The picture is clean, bright fun from start to finish.
