This repulsive looking mass is somewhere between eighty and one hundred feet in length. It is actually a worm which caused acute suffering to the dog as described in the accompanying story. It is now preserved in spirit and may be seen in Mr Conn’s consulting room for animals at his Grand Pharmacy in High Street.
