EX-JUDGE KILLED AT SEA.
LONDON, December 1. Mr Justice Schutt, who retired from the Victorian Supreme Court bench in 1926, at the age of fifty-eight, died aboard the Cathay in the Suez Canal. while on his way to Australia, from concussion caused by an accidental fall down a companion way. He was buried at sea.
