' Dr F. J. Borrß, assistant comruis- . sioner -of tUc -t>i J4>bn Ambulance Brigade, congratulated the cadets on the standard of their work at the competitions. He introduced the Mayoress, Mrs D. U. Sullivan, Who- presented tfce trophies and certificates. In the cadet ambulance division, cups and trophies were presented as follows; championship in first-aid and transport, open to all ambulance and nursing divisions in New Zealand—No. 3 Division, -team 2. comprising B. Buckley. D. "Clark, G. Simpson and B. Philpotf. Junior first-aid cup. New Brighton iWvtsion-t-T*:nti 19. W. Wright, M. Davison, fc>. Underhay and G. Mapstoue. Senior first-aid cup. No. 3 division— Team 2, B. D. slark, G. Simpson-. 8.-Philpott. . . Rees Cup, improvised first-aid for boys. No. 3 division—TViam No. 5, H. Austin, R.- N. Williams and D. Wool ford. Thompson club championship, for the best division on inspection parade— No. 3 cadet ambulance division, in the charge of Superintendent R. R. Ware.
