Ruthless Kidnappers Kill Captive. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. lIARBIN, December 3. The city has been horrified by news of the death of Simeon Kaspe. a native of Shanghai and a naturalised Frenchman, a brilliant Russian pianist who was kidnapped outside the Harbin theatre on August 25 by Russians. When a demand for 300.000 dollars was refused Kaspe was killed.
