Outbreak of Fire Destroys Part of Constantinople. United Press Assn.— By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. CONSTANTINOPLE, December 4 The most extensive fire in the city’s recent history, after gutting the law courts and destroying their archives, was prevented by a strong gale from reaching the mosque of St Sophia.
