“Flying Devils” and “Trick for Trick.” ” Girl Missing ” and “ Man of Action ” will be shown finally to-morrow night at the Liberty Theatre. The splendid new double-feature programme at the Liberty Theatre on Satwill be headed by “ Trick For Trick.’* a mystery comedy starring Victor Jory, Ralph Morgan and Sally -J he . supporting film will be Flying Devils,” an aerial drama, with Bruce Cabot, Arline Judge and Ralph Bellamy. In " Trick For Trick,” two rival magicians, each a master of tricks, fakes and deceit, amaze their victims, amuse the audience, and reveal their as they seek to show each other up. They also solve a crime that has baffled even the keenest members of the police force.- As the two magicians, Ralph Morgan and Victor Jory are outstanding. The audience is initiated Into the secrets of magic, and shown why the hand is quicker than the eye. The film is enlivened with -hilarious comedy as the players are caught in the maze or magic. It has thrills, surprises, excitement—and a romance that is delightful. The romantic elements of the plot are depicted through the characters portrayed by Sally Blane and Clifford Jones. “Flying Devils ” is a drama dealing with the lives of barnstorming aviators. Double leaps in single parachutes, barrel-spins, tail-spins, intentional nose dives, inside loops, inverted flying, head-on crashes in mid-air, and many other tricks of the daredevil stunt aviators are included in this exciting film. Arlino Judge. Eric Linden, Bruce Cabot Ralph Bellamy and Cliff Edwards play the leading roles, and they imbue the characters with realism. Arline Judge and Linden are especially likeable and convincing as the lovers, while Bruce Cabot is perfectly cast as the devil-may-care stunt flyer. Box plans at The Bristol.
