The Berlin correspondent of the “ Daily Mail ” says that striking proof of the death of Parliamentarianism is afforded by the announcement that Prussia had made over the Houses of Parliament as a national endowment to the Labour Front organisation, under the scheme to provide Labour with palaces throughout Germany.
