Contrary to Fact.
Dear Sir,—There is little that can be said in reply to the letter signed - Truth ”. A correspondent that will make statements like that over ail anonymous signature would destroy Truth. I say that his statements are contrary to fact, and I will leave it at that —I am, etc , E. J. HOWARD.
