Does World’s Weather Repeat Itself? United Press Assn. —By Electrle Telegraph—Copyright. (Received November 21, 1.30 p.m) CAMBRIDGE (Massachusetts), November 20. That weather everywhere substantially repeats itself every twenty-three years i$ a discovery announced by Dr Charles Abbot, who has devoted the last thirty years to research regarding the connection between the activities of the sun and weather. It is believed that if Dr Abbot’s discovery is substantiated, a method of long range weather forecasting will be practicable. Next year’s world’s weather will be the same as that of 1911, and this year’s weather will be repeated in 1956.
