SENTENCED FOR THEFT.
Per Press Association. GREYMOUTH. August 29 William Ernest Vincent, hotel porter, pleaded guilty to a charge of the theft of a suit of clothes and a gold ring to the value of £lO from the dwelling house of Frederick James Larby at Dunedin on June 10. lie was sentenced to three months’ imprisonment.
