Art Union Drawing.
Dear Sir,—With reference to the drawing of the Morris Minor by the St John Ambulance Association. I noticed in Friday s “ Star ” that the car was drawn on Thursdav evening. August 24, notwithstanding the fact that three tickets purchased L Wellington and six tickets purchased in Christchurch by me have clearly printed on them the drawing date, August 0&. Could you give me any reason for tr*« change?—-I am, etc., CURIOUS The art union was drawn on Thursday evening because the hall in which the drawing was to take place was not available on Saturday evening. It was drawn in the same manner as the big art unions.— Ed., “Star.”
