Appeal to Germany to Allow Orderly Migration. United Press Assn.—By Electrfc Telegraph— Copyright. (Received August 28, 2 p.m.) PRAGUE, August 27. Lord Melchett, who arrived for the Zionist Congress, stated that Germany’s co-operation was essential to solution of the problem regarding the future of Jews. He appealed to Germany to allow Jewish youths orderly migration to Palestine. Surely, he said, Germany understood that it was impossible to degrade half a million people.
