Values Improving on London Market. The Bank of New Zealand has received the following advice from its London office as at the close of business this week:— Frozen Meat.—There is a steady trade in wether mivtton at rather better values. There is a better inquiry for ewes and the outlook is brighter. Trade is better and values are improving. Quotations are: — Wethers: Light, 3ild to sd; heavy, 3d to 38d per pound. Ewes: 2Jd to 32d per pound.
Lambs: 2’s, Old to 6|d; B’s, 6£d to 62d; 4’s, 6d to 6dd; seconds, 52d to 61 d per pound.
