When Jesse Crawford was two he played a mouth organ and got a nickel to be quiet. He still plays the organ, but it is a Wurlitzer, and he is paid more for doing it than any other organist in the world. He began his musical career in an orphanage band in the Western States of America, and went on to pianos in cinemas and from the piano to the organ. Eventually he became the highest paid and best-known cinema organist in the world. His records have sold in millions. Ho v is now in Manchester (England) playing on a Wurlitzer, which was made to his specification and design.
