No agreement was reached on the main questions in the bakers’ and bakers' drivers' industrial dispute which was resumed yesterday before the Conciliation Council. The dispute will remain open until August 10 and up till that date the employees will have an opportunity of accepting the employers’ final offer. The dispute was first heard on July 11 and again on July 18, but on both occasions no agreement was readied regarding wages. The employers offered £8 15s a week, and the employees claimed £4.
