BLIND GIRL’S FEAT.
Takes First in History at Oxford. British Official Wireless. RUGBY, July 29. Among those taking firsts in history in the Oxford University class lists is Miss Hazel Winter, a daughter of the late Colonel Winter. She was bom blind and all the text books she required for her university work were transcribed into Braille for her.
