Ball Expected to Realise About £4OO. Per Press Association. PALMERSTON NORTH, July 8. Approximaely £4OO was raised as the j gross proceeds of the charity hall for f the Mayor's relief fund last evening. The net proceeds have npt yet been ascertained, but last year they were £IOO. and it is expected that this will be equalled with the second session tonight.
