ANOTHER 9-DEGREE FROST.
Another frost of 9 degrees was recorded in the citv this morning. It was again followed by a mild, sunny day. The frost set in earlv last night, and this morning ice had formed in the gutters and on the streets, where dew had settled. Cyclists had to be wary of skids on the treacherous surface.
