LONDON, July 6 The “ Daily Express ” understands that Metropolitan Vickers, Ltd., are moving to secure the release of Madame Kutusova, one of their nineteen women clerical employees who were arrested at the same time as the engineers. It is believed that Madame Kutusova supplies the key to Mr Thornton’s confession, which he afterwards repudiated
