FOXTON DELAYED.
Held Up by Bar at Foxton. The motor vessel Foxton. which was expected at Kaiapoi on Sunday, is still at Foxton. where bar conditions have prevented her getting away. A representative of the Canterbury Steam Shipping Co., her owners, said this morning that the company did not know if the vessel's crew had participated in the shipping dispute.'but if the Foxton got away from Foxton tonight she should be off Kaiapoi tomorrow night.
