Big Balance of Exports

United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received April 19, 11.30 a.m.) OTTAWA, April 18. Canada ended the last fiscal year with an export trade balance of 67,693,483 dollars. Her domestic exports for the twelve months ended March 31 totalled 473,907,455 dollars, against 406,213,972 dollars of imports. At the end of the preceding year the Dominion had an import balance of 2,148,580 dollars. The value of total importations then was 578.492,882 dollars, and of domestic exports 576,344,302 dollars. The exports of wheat last year totalled 239.375,225 bushels, valued at 130,546.365 dollars, compared with 191,316.933 bushels, valued at 116,739. 451 dollars, for the preceding twelve months.
