There is a steady sale of tickets and reserved seats for the excursion to Dunedin leaving Christchurch at 11.40 p.m. on Good Friday, arranged by the Christchurch Corsair Social Club. The return train will leave Dunedin at 11.45 p.m. on Easter Saturday, thus a whole day may be spent in seeing Dunedin and its suburbs, and many scenic trips are being arranged. The annual football match will be played against an Alhambra team at Opoho Park, and a wellknown Dunedin restaurant will provide for the comfort of the excursionists.
