“ Racketeers ” Preying Upon Americans. LONDON, February 14. A new form of “ racketeering ” has sprung up in England, says the “ Sunday Dispatch.” Swindlers induce gullible Americans to find the money for c laiming fictitious estates, promising a share of the proceeds. A recent action against Earl Beauchamp was struck out as frivolous. Oscar Ilartzell has been deported for collecting money to lay claim to the estate of the Elizabethan Admiral, fcjir Francis Drake.
