BROADSIDING.
Attractive Programme for To-night.
To-night an attractive programme of broadsiding is to be presented at Monica Park Speedway. A three-cornered match race is to be the leading feature and the riders taking part in this event will be Eric Whittle, of Australia, a new arrival, Wally Kilmister, of Wembley, and Charlie Blacklock, of Stamford Bridge. The race is to be of three heats, each from a rolling start. This is the first time this season that three champion riders will go off from a rolling start. Whittle can be safely reckoned to keep Kilmister and Blacklock busy to-night. The challenge race for the Chevrolet Gold Helmet, always a popular event, will be run off between Wally Thomas, the holder, and Percy L,unn, the challenger. There will be twentyseven riders competing, and the programme will be of generous length. Patrons are reminded that special arrangements are made for parking cars in the speedway grounds.
