United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copy r I gh t. (Received January 13, noon.) CAPE TOWN, January 12. It is reliably stated that a general lection may take place in March or \pril. Every effort is being made by he Department of the Interior to comjlete the new electoral rolls, and the taffs have been trebled to cope with he work. The Government is expected o publish a statement at any moment. _ Mr Tilman Roos. on his tour of the 'ree State in furtherance of his coaliicn movement, is meeting with mixed eceptions.
