RADIUM IN KENYA,
Sequel to Gold Strike by Lone Frospector. NAIROBI, January 2. Kenya has been thrilled by the announcement of the discovery of radium and gold in the Loldaiga Hills, in Northern Kenya. This wild and little-known region first came into prominence some weeks ago, when a lone prospector found small traces of gold. Since then others have been attracted to the spot, and the prospects are said to be most promising. Working is difficult, however, owing to a shortage of water.
